Essential Bathroom Package

 Package pricing is based on a standard bathroom of approximately 5' × 8'. Larger bathrooms or custom layouts may require a custom quotation. 

 Yes. Every package includes allowances for fixtures, vanities, tile, lighting, and accessories. If you choose products above the included allowances, only the price difference is added to your project. 

 Yes. You're welcome to supply your own fixtures and finishing materials. We'll review them before installation to ensure compatibility with the project. 

 If permits are required, we can obtain and manage them on your behalf. Permit fees are not included unless specifically noted in your quotation. 

 Most standard bathroom renovations are completed within 2–4 weeks, depending on the package, material availability, and the scope of work. 

 Occasionally, demolition reveals issues that could not be identified beforehand, such as water damage, mold, plumbing deficiencies, or structural repairs. Any additional work will be discussed and approved before proceeding. 

Package pricing does not include:

• Relocating plumbing fixtures 
• Moving walls or changing the room layout 
• Structural modifications 
• Electrical panel upgrades 
• HVAC modifications 
• Window replacement 
• Custom cabinetry beyond package allowances 
• Luxury fixtures exceeding package allowances 
• Permit fees (unless specified) 
• Mold remediation 
• Asbestos testing or asbestos abatement 
• Repairs for hidden structural or water damage 
• Work outside the bathroom area

 Yes. All bathroom packages include a 1-Year Workmanship Warranty. Manufacturer warranties remain applicable to all supplied products and fixtures. 

You may choose from a wide range of tile styles. Standard package pricing covers tile sizes from 4" × 6" to 12" × 24" installed in a standard layout.

Large-format tile, mosaics, hexagon tile, herringbone, chevron, diagonal layouts, and other custom patterns may require an additional installation charge.

 All packages include demolition of the existing bathroom and disposal of renovation debris.
